Happy Memorial Day!
I'm the proud owner of a 2012 Ranger EV with approx. 400 hours (lovin' it), but I'm considering a trade-in for new 2018 model.
Before making the decision, I'm hoping to confirm specs/ compare with my existing EV.
My 2012 EV has the following:
Based on my research, all these components are top-of-the-line and might even be over-spec'd -- always a good thing in my mind. In particular I have been VERY impressed how the batteries have held up over 6 years.
Does anyone have a 2018 Ranger EV -- or a service manual -- they can post specs for the motor, controller, charger and batteries?
My biggest concern is Polaris has "cheaped out" on some of the internals. Marketing web page for 2018 model seems to indicate the motor is a "Polaris ProStar engine"... not sure if that's a typo or if they have replaced the German ABM motor with their own design?!
Also curious if the emergency brake handle is located between the seats? E-brake is mounted in the dash on my 2012, which makes it easy for the dog to ride along between two adults...
NOTE: The Li-Ion version is not affordable to me, so I'm specifically looking to compare specifications for the Flooded Lead Acid version.
Thanks in advance for your help!

- Batteries = 8x U.S. Battery 12VXC
