Old topic looking for new thoughts

All of our EV’s shutter or cut out when going up steep hills so this seems to be a common issue. However I have one unit that’s does this badly in low range but hardly at all in high range. Low does it even on slighter inclines which is very strange. Unfortunately High doesn’t have the power to go up the very steep stuff so limits this units use. By the way this is one of our 14 models with only 26 hours on it.
