Acquisition/Lithium Ion Questions

Hi, I'm new to the site but I've enjoyed lurking and doing research over the past couple of months.

I'd like to buy a used EV, preferably with 'run-out' batteries, and upgrade to the Voltronix Lithium Ion system.

Background: I'm totally useless as it relates to mechanical stuff. I'll need to outsource any repair, tweaks, and particularly the Li-on upgrade.

Questions:

• What's the best source for acquiring used, preferably run-out, EVs?
• Is there a particular year I should target or avoid?
• How much should I plan on spending?
• How long, start to finish, does the Voltronix Lithium Ion upgrade take?
